On the Road Again 26/03/08

On Wednesday 26th March, Sue and Wayne headed off again. We've taken photo's in front of the bus on departure for the last few years... so here goes! I have added in one photo from 2007 as well - spot how much those boys have grown - the Maroon on the bus is a good measure!

Trout Fishing 23/03/08

We had a really nice day on the Mataura River with Sue & Wayne. I made a Bacon & Egg pie to take with us, and we took table & chairs as well as the fishing rods and coffee! Logan caught a fish - I had just got the camera to take a photo of Logan and Shane Fishing upstream. When I came back Logan was sitting down with his rod & Shane was heading his way - he had caught a fish!! Pretty cute. Wayne was the other successful one - Just look at the smile. The photo of Logan holding Wayne's fish would have been better without Shane's arm in it, but the expression is pretty good all the same!

Taking Nana to Bluff 22/03/08

The men (Shane & Wayne) went fishing out from Bluff. Reuben, Logan, Sue & myself went to Bluff for a drive - was a lovely day . We didn't spot the men though - but we did have Blue Cod for Tea! We went to the look out & then up Bluff Hill. I was impressed with the photo of Reuben jumping... It's not a sharp image, but it's good all the same. He didn't navigate where he was going to be jumping to, and hurt his foot - took a couple of days to come right - no swelling or bruising though (LUCKY!).

CH Faondein Fleuron - "Abbey" 28/01/99 to 09/03/08

Our loyal friend passed on yesterday morning. She was anything you could possibly want in a dog, and just awesome with the kids. We are going to miss her terribly. Here are just a few recent photo's. We'd also like to say that we are extremely gutted by the lack of after hours service received from Vetco. This is something that will haunt us forever. May Abbey Rest in Peace.
