School Cross Country 14/05/08

Reuben had his School Cross country on Wednesday last week. Reuben was the 3rd boy home for his age (running in the 7 year old category). He did welll!! It was a chillier kind of an afternoon, but we got to go home early which was nice. Now the poor man is home with tonsilitis!! Fever started Sunday & is still going. He missed out on the Southern Zone (Which is about 9 schools competing) Cross Country on Monday the 19th... Fingers crossed for next year!!

Meanwhile... we want to try & get through the rest of this week - with him home, and have him fit and well for next week.

First Rugby Game 10/05/08

Wow - both boys are playing Rugby this season... It is so nice having them both on the field. They are all excited about the season ahead. They had one practise last Wednesday night before game day on Saturday. Reuben scored a couple of tries, and they had a good game. There is a lot of newer players in this team - very cute to watch!! We pinched a couple of players from the other team (spot the socks!).
